1. GET IN TOUCH
Click "Book Brandon" to get the conversation started! Our team will reach out within 24 hours to go over the details and check availability for your date. We'll also make sure your event is a good fit for what Brandon offers. In the meantime, we will hold your booking date while we sort out the details.
2. BOOK YOUR DATE
To lock in a date with Brandon, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. We’ll also send over a contract for you to review and sign. Once that’s done, we’ll schedule a pre-event call with Brandon to go over all the details!
3. CONSULTATION
Brandon will connect with you and your team...either in person or over Zoom...to learn more about your organization, event theme, goals, and industry trends. This helps him tailor his talk to fit your event perfectly!
4. PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event. As the date gets closer, we’ll confirm the room setup, send any marketing materials if needed, and finalize travel, staging, and other details to make sure everything runs smoothly!
5. SHOWTIME
For out-of-town events, Brandon usually arrives the day before to get settled. This gives him time for an early sound check, setup, and a final run-through of any event details...making sure everything’s good to go for showtime!
